Our Resume Process

1. Resume and/or cover letter you submit via our contact page, critiqued, and returned to you with a career observation document.

2. Follow-up phone call to consult over comments made on critique. Pick out your option package for writing your resume. Pay for the service via PayPal. A Masters Service Agreement contract for all documents must be signed and sent to CIMA Services in order to proceed with the resume writing process.

3. Two drafts sent to you via PDF file. Changes should be made by you via email or phone conversation. Allow 4 business days for resume to be completed. Resumes needed 24-48 hours, will incur an additional fee. Read the Masters Service Agreement under Project Timeline.

4. Final resume package sent to you via email once you have finalized your documents.

5. A follow-up email will be sent to you about the success of your resume.

6. If resume does not get you an interview within 45 days of ACTIVE job searching, a re-write will be done for you. Read the Masters Service Agreement under Payment and Refund Policies.
